Matteo Uguzzoni

Matteo is an Italian game designer and architect. Since 2009 he has worked as a real-life game designer (art direction / design / production / marketing) and as a teacher and consultant on game design and interactive arts.
He is the director of the Nomadic Branch of Trust in Play, the European School of Urban Game Design and formerly Full-time Faculty and interim Chair of the Interacive Arts department at MICA (Maryland Institute College of Art, Baltimore, MD). He is a TedX speaker, podcast host (theplaycast.co) and festival curator.
Matteo’s projects received national and international awards and have been featured in newspapers and magazines like Wired, Sole 24ore, Repubblica and Corriere della Sera (Italy’s main daily newspapers), his urban games were showcased and awarded in European and International festivals like Playpublik (Krakow, Poland), 72 Hours Interactions (Witten, Germany) Come Out and Play (New York), The Big Show (Baltimore, MD).

Jason Corace

My name is Jason Corace and I am a game designer/educator whose work focuses on the exploration of games and play. I hold an undergraduate degree from The Evergreen State College and an MFA in Design Technology from the Parsons School of Design. Most recently I was a professor at the Maryland Institute College of Art in the Interactive Arts Department and served as the founding Director of the MICA Game Lab.
